Paternity Test Question Please answer fast!?

Basically, my EX-step-dad was trying to cause drama between my family and actually bought a paternity test for me and my father... All he is doing is trying to cause problems in our family. Can he get in trouble for trying to get results from a paternity test when he is not a relation to me at all?

Update:

Also, In order to buy the paternity test... He had to pretend to be my father and et the information... Is that illegal? Like fraud or something??

I have no idea. These are questions for a lawyer. Try posting this in the law section here.

Also I think it would depend on the place where he is having the tests done. I mean if he is doing this without permission from you or your dad then he would have to some how get the DNA without you knowing it. I think for mail order tests it is done by a swab in your cheek so not sure how he could do that.

The blood from a pregnant mother is only the mother's DNA. The only paternity test that can come from a pregnant woman is the amniotic fluid in the uterus surrounding the fetus. If a soap used a pregnant woman's blood as a story source, they made an error. You were smart enough to point that out
