I am nauseous all the time but definitely not pregnant...what could it be?

I literally wake up feel nauseous every morning (but never actually vomit) and then it subsides for the day but will come back at 9 at night. I am just so nauseous and I wish I could throw up but I can't. I have no other side effects but this is extremely annoying!

I haven't changed my diet or exercise and I'm not taking any new medicines nor have I stopped any medicines.

Oh and I know I'm not pregnant because it has been months since I've had sex and I get my period regularly.

Thanks in advance!

Check your home for any gas leaks or carbon or any type of fumes or gas that might be slowly getting to you. You feel better when you leave your home, right? And then you feel sick when you get back home? I assume that you don't stay home all day.

I would also get an appointment with your doctor. If there is no outside influence, it may be something going on inside that can be identified through blood work or something like that. Even when we change nothing, our bodies can still be building up problems from neglect or unknown abuse.
