Monitoring internet access in my network?

Does any know of a good linux program that will be able to act as a firewall and monitor which pages are visted on my network? I know the linux server would have to sit as my gateway, just don't know of any apps that will be able to track which IP's are visting which pages. I am asking becasue i would like to know if someone is spending more time on sites then working. I am using Win server 2003 as DC at the moment, and would like to have a linux box that will monitor all the usage on my network since the DC isn't doing this.

thanks.

I feel like I should chime in here because I've seen people do this before and innocent people get fired. You can't really track how much time someone spent on a site. Only when they got there, how much data was transferred and when / if they left. Most people click a link, minimize it, go about their work, and the browser is constantly streaming data in the background. What you are going to find is that it looks like ALL of your employees are using waaaay too much time on the internet.

The only thing that should matter is production. If production is lacking, you need to cut everyone from the internet period, make them focus more on producing. The double side to the coin I mentioned earlier, is that an employee does not have to actively be on the internet to have been distracted by it. Even after the browser is closed they are discussing articles, jokes, funny videos with their colleagues. Thats why as the manager you should be focused on production. Let it tell you if there is a problem with employees on the internet. If there is, the result should be no or strictly filtered internet. Almost every corporation I've ever seen has choise the stictly filtered approach. Bottom line, the internet will make your production suffer... already been proven.
