There is nothing illegal about selling a replica item as long as it is fully disclosed that it is a replica and the item does not have any trademarked logos or other indicators on it. However, that doesn't mean that Craigslist MUST allow you to sell it. Craigslist is a private entity, and they have the legal right to set whatever rules they want with regard to what products/services they will or will not allow to be sold on their site. So, if they end up removing your ad or telling you not to sell the replica on their site, that's their choice and you must abide by their terms to use their service.

That's like saying is it illegal to sell bootleg DVD's, it violates the companies trademark because with certainly, it's going to have their logo to make it look real.

ADD - Any decent replica will be made to look like the exact model, including logos ect, without a doubt it would violate Rolex's trademark.

If it says Rolex on it and isn't made by Rolex it is an illegal product. Any advertisement could trigger Rolex's response to protect their trademark.
