Would it be illegal to sell my laptop for a higher price due to me having expensive software on it?

Would it be illegal for me to profit by selling Adobe CS5 Master Collection with my computer, it being on the hard drive for what I think my computer is worth, plus the cost of CS5 Master Collection?

It is a fully legal and activated copy from the store.

It's not illegal, unless you keep the installation disk and use it on your new computer. All installed programs on the computer must include the program installation disk. If you want to use that program on your new computer, then you have to uninstall it from the computer you are selling.

Now whether you can add the full cost of the program onto your asking price for the computer is basically up to what the buyer is willing to pay. Shoot the person a price with, and a price without, the software installed, see which one they want to pay.

If it's legal, AND you're not keeping a copy, it's absolutely valid to sell it.

Technically your software licenses do not allow you to resell them.

That said, I do not see you getting in trouble for doing so, go for it.
