So far Mr Singh is the best PM india had , i can;'t say for the party though,  he has taken India your country very high,  his party folks are mostly Tainted except for select few. 
PT J Nehru was in love with lord mountbatten wife that he willingly sign off land to Muslim  to be Pakistan very socialist not forward only in education he was real progressive
LB Shastri was brave individual took some risk ok but took too much instruction
Vajpayee very able - can do much because of the narrow minded party supporters
I Gandhi- introverted strong women, did not get the strong support was too dependent made the wrong choice to Storm the Sikh-doom holy temple
Desai too introverted MK Gandhi follower not fit to be PM 
C singh- gone without the wind
R Gandhi took too many wrong advises, should have better managed the issue or seek Sonia's help instead of  advisers
VP Singh - hardly telling in decision- non individualistic
C sekhar - many ideals could not get support to run , ran out of Patience
N Rao- did good work by opening up economy but got too many skeletons in the party and cupboard
IK Gujaral- did some good work but faded cause of infighting, party politics
M Singh - the best so far - it is the party that is tainted not this brave Sikh

Integrity & Intelligence wise he is the best Ample proofs are there see Indian economy and he is not blamed for any scams as he is not a administrator but a stooge to the LADY and majority of ministers are involved in some scam or other. Every quarter prices of edible essentials are raised by sharad Pawar citing some flimsy reasons for sugar as he is the g=head sugar lobby, onions etc.

Mr Singh is a  puppet the real PM ( Puppet Master ) is Sonia Gandhi. In any case hes not a very good puppet either he cant talk, walk has no personality or intelligence, hell he cant even read properly. I couldnt believe they put him forward for a second term, just to get sikh votes. That guy just embarrasses India on the International front.

I cant understand a word he says, all he is supposed to do is read, and he cant even do that properly. Maybe they should just show a teleprompter instead of him, or maybe sonia should just get a hand puppet. That retard didnt even address the nation when the Mumbai attacks happened nor does he ever! he just hides in the BG. If there was a prize for the priminister who best blends into the BG he would win it hands down! He is byfar the worst that India could have ....I would be happier if they had made Jairam Ramesh or Chitambaram the PM, but no votes there right?

it was not vaypayee mind you ---------it was lk advani [the man behind the curtains] ------who undertook radical measures and changed policies in 1999---------which suddenly propelled india in to the big league of nations
