    It Could be A Smily Face or it could also Be Telling Someone to go to the right Ask the person who uses the symbol they probally would know better

    It's a text emote, i use it to symbolize looking in a different direction to the person.

    It means to the right of whatever you are looking at. The arrows are pointing to the right so look in the right direction of them and that is what it means.
