Radiator not giving enough heat, why?

I did bleed it, but only water came out, no air, as I thought air might be stuck in it. Its just not getting warm enough, other radiators are fine and so is the boiler. So whats going on? PLease help, its cold!!

    you need to give more info than that . is this a new problem or did you just move in and it was this way . Most likely you need to make sure there is enough pressure 12 to 15 pounds and the temp is high enough 140 to 150 . Also someone before you may have turned the rad valve at the base of the rad down cause it was over heating check that too . if not feel free to email me and ill try to help further
