There are none. None at all, by anyone. And that includes the New Testament, and forged apologist documents like Josephus.
The earliest Christian writings are by Saul of Tarsis (Paul).
There are contemporary records of John the Baptist.

None of the Gospels were written any earlier than about 60 AD (the gospel of Mark and Q were written around them). Nothing that Jesus himself wrote - if indeed he wrote anything - has survived.

If I detect your goal, the question is a bit like the evolution deniers who keep asking, "What happened to all of the billions of fossils there should be from so many millions of years of evolution?"
Of course, as a historian (retired), I can also so that the question is largely irrelevant to what many try and fail to prove through it.

If your looking for more teachings of Jesus then you could probably find some 'acclaimed' writings in the Gnostic Gospels and in Theosophical teachings

I don't think Jesus did any writing during his life. He was a carpenter and a preacher. I don't think he was educated in the traditional sense, as he was of a poor family and a Jew.
