07+ civic si or 07+ sentra ser spec v?

im looking to buy a car in the next few months and im trying to stay below 19k, ive narrowed it down to 2 cars but if you have another suggestion, say it, unless its a wrx, sti or gti.....

im looking for a fun economical car that gets high 6 second 0-60 that can do very well in the corners, have a great sound system, and come in a manual transmission

    what about mazda speed3? if not a wrx ect..... your looking at 19K to spend
