Crackling Noise With My Studio Beats by Dr. Dre?!?

Ok, I just found this out, but I hear a crackling noise everytime i touch or tap the mute button on the the left ear cup. It's really annoying, but is this normal?? Has this happened to anyone else??

    Definitely not normal but are u sure your not near any phones cause that can **** up the headset kind of erm also check on other devices to see if it has the same problem or try replacing batteries aswell if there really is no solution i say return them to seller or if its over 30 days return then call monsters up since its obviously a build malfunction that's their fault.
