yugioh can i use the magic card "monster reborn" on the winged dragon of ra?

if my wing dragon of ra is in the graveyard can i use the magic card "monster reborn" to bring it back

if yes, how long will it last on the duel?

    NO, it says it cannot be special summoned, READ THE CARD!!!

    The card says that it can't be special summoned, and even if it could, Monster Reborn is illegal in lots of tournaments, and overall, frowned upon. However, you can get around the complication of bringing the dragon back by using the spell card "Monster Reincarnation." You can discard a card from your hand after activating the card to bring the Winged Dragon of Ra back from your graveyard to your hand.

    No since you can't special summon the card as it says on its effect

    No. But if so, it would be a turn only. Just like in the show.
