Is it safe to use bath salts/fizz while you're pregnant?

I'm 5 months along.

    Yes, if there are no herbs or essential oils in them (some essential oils and herbs are perfectly fine, but others can be risky to use). And as long as your water hasn't broken yet. The only thing that keeps me sane while I am pregnant, and have two kids under the age of three is getting to have a soak in a bath (using all kinds of products, bath salts included).
