Caroline is a great name.
With Caroline as a middle name, Willow flows/sounds best, but I don't like it. :(
Much better as a first name, and all 3 suggestions are great but I'll go with Jade as the other 2 are more common "filler" names. :D

Caroline Rose is beautiful :)
Caroline is such a delicate name and it can't have non-delicate names with it. Caroline Rose, Caroline Grace, and Caroline Jade are perfect. I don't really like it paired with Willow, and Laura. What I do like though, is Caroline Elise instead or Elise Caroline :)

Caroline Rose and Caroline Grace are my two personal favorites. Caroline Rose sounds like name for a kinda shy person and Caroline Grace sounds like (surprisingly) the exact opposite of shy...
As for the ones on the top, my favorite of them would probably be Elise Caroline.

I think you should make a name symbolic. Be creative. The sound/feel of the name should be a relatively small factor in choosing it.
But that's just my opinion.
Oh, and I like Caroline Grace, but only because I really like the TV show Will & Grace.

Caroline Grace is beautiful. I love Elise too but I think it's a little old. It looks like your searching for not so modern names. Perhaps you would consider Lillian May???
