is it normal to lose weight in early pregnancy?
I am about 6wks pregnant (waiting for hcg# to measure actual wks because of a 1 day period) but I'm losing weight? I'm not vomiting, I'm just a little dizzy all the time and I have no desire to eat
thank you to everyone. I was really worrying, its been a long road and we really want this baby, I want to be as healthy as possible.

Very normal. Since you are dizzy then try to drink fruit juice or some caffeine free soda (Sprite or Ginger ale). That might help with the dizziness. And try to eat some crackers or something light to keep your blood sugar from going too low. But really other than that don't worry. Many woman lose even up to 10 or 15 pounds during the first trimester. And it is fine. But stay hydrated. As that is very important.
