If you have done a degree already, the best way into teaching in England is to do a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). The way to apply is through this website http://www.gttr.ac.uk/students/coursesearch. I'm not sure if there's anything extra you'll need as you are coming from a different country, but everyone in England has to apply online via this site.
There's other ways into teaching if you are teaching senior school (high school) that may be a little better for you as it is often paid work while you train. This is called SCITT which stands for school centered initial teacher training, there's more info about it here

If you have any questions these are all your links to get more info http://www.tda.gov.uk/Home/get-into-teaching/faqs/...
Good Luck
P.s: If you're teaching history in England you'll have to make sure you know alot about England in the world wars and the Reformation as they're generally topics covered time and time again!
