These are some of the things I would think.
Skinnies, Blazer (http://www.ae.com/web/browse/product.jsp?catId=cat... - I don't like the color/pattern but something in this style, or a boyfriend blazer), Graphic Tee
Scarf, Solid Long/Quarter Sleeve, Skirt (http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/3149525?origin=related...
For your hair I would go with straight or a slight wave, nothing too crazy because it will be under a hat and you don't want to overdo it.

you could wear a peacoat or any coat with a scarf and skinny jeans with boots
