Sound Cutting Out on My Studio Beats by Dr. Dre?

Ok....yeah, so I was listening to songs and the song cuts out and comes back. It did it a couple times, then got slowly got worse. My brother said it was possibly the batteries. So I changed them and it helped for a few hours, then it started doing it again. Normal for batteries dying? These are new I just got them for Christmas. Best Answer = 5 Stars...THANKS!

I have a 3 year warranty and I bought them from Best Buy...and we called Best Buy. But I'm just like worried cause people have been sending them back in cuz of problems. I LOVE MINE THOUGH! besides the problems..haha thanks everyone.

    I don't understand why headphones needs battery? is it noise-cancelling ones?

    maybe ask Dr. Dre and his custom service

    You should call them, they actually have a terrific Customer Service. They sent me a new pair when I accidently broke mine and I was really happy about it so I bought my brother a pair this Christmas.

    If it has problems send it to dre himself. Hell finish fixing it within the next decade.
