Well, those are signs that she is thinking about vomiting. It could be nothing or it could be serious. None of us can tell based on the symptoms you presented. The only choice you really have is to go to the vet. They know how to palpate the dogs abdomen and have ways to make the dog magically vomit quickly.

One of my dogs does this when he's needing to vomit. He has done it for hours before actually vomiting. However, I noticed this summer that the drooling intensifies if he's eaten something poisonous (like a spider or a mushroom--we live in the deep woods). I don't know if this is the only reason a dog would do this but it is one reason she may. If your girl has only been doing this a short while, she may just need to vomit. Make sure she has lots of fresh, clean water as she'll need to drink if she vomits.

You may still need to take her to a vet. Some vets offer a credit card like program called Care Credit. If you find you need to take her and can't afford it, call around and see if any of the vets in your area offer Care Credit. You pay it off over time, just like with a credit card. (Not a great solution if money is tight anyway but it is an option if you really need to take her in.)

Try other vets, clinics, and assistant programs. It sounds like this dog needs help. If you really can't afford it talk to shelters and rescue groups that may be willing to provide medical care if you gave her up. It's better than suffering.

possibly your dogs had an allergic reaction to the ticks. or consistent with danger even the article you used to take the ticks out with. Did you get the entire tick or in simple terms the physique? Take your dogs to the vet precise away. She could be having seizures.{sorry, don't be conscious of a thank you to spell that.} terrific of success to you.
