black ops; one player campaign?

Question

have i missed something out or is the game the easiest thing on the planet?
after months eagerly waiting to unwrap that prezzie under the tree from the wife that i knew was COD black ops i finally got my hands on the game started playing it  on the hardest level yesterday and  less then two hours later the titles came up and it went into zombies  most of the game seemed to be skip able unplayable footage  i dont play games on line so im really disappointed  
(lucky the mrs brought me halo reach as well so i had something to do the rest of yesterday)
is it really that short a game?

COD games are designed for online gameplay, the first player campaign is used just to get you ready for online gameplay. like a tutorial, COD games are some of the best games on the planet if you go online. You wont be dissapointed, you will forget you even have HALO lol

Yes it is I started it last night played for a couple hours went to sleep woke up and finished it within another hour. I was also disappointed. The game was like 5 missions

well my brothers are hard out gamers. And they have black ops and halo reach. Ive played black ops and it wasnt a long game, but not a short game. Maybe you accidently skipped something important? You could try it again and/or read the instuctions?

the game is pretty short just like MW2 online is the meat of the game and that's what they mostly focus on
