can you can a curry using a pressure canner?

I've been intersted in canning for several years now, and have canned the usual strawberry jam, apple chutney, that sort of thing, but my friend has a pressure canner and I'm wondering if I make a meal of vegetable curry, or make a curry sauce or curry paste, can I can it using the pressure canner? Also, if you have experience with this, how long does it need to be processed for, and how long is it good for in the cupboard? Thank you!

I learned home canning by purchasing the Ball Blue Book-you should be able to get one either by the canning supplies or ordering thru Amazon. The book is easy to follow and will explain all the equipment you'll need. gives recipes, and tells you how many pounds per pressure and length of time is involved when pressure canning foods.....it depends on the ingredients involved and whether there is meat, sugar , etc in the items being canned.

I've done both pressure cooker canning and water bath canning.

Canning anything made with a milk product is a very bad idea.
