I suspect you have many years yet to decide. You don't sound old enough to be even in high school, so don't sweat it yet. Many people don't know what they want to be when they grow up.
Focus on your school work. Get the best grades you can possibly get. Focus on the instruction and never mind what 'people' say about various jobs. You will be amazed at how your interests change as you get through high school, college, and beyond.
To become an ER doctor (Pediatrics too) you have to complete the four year program in college (with a 3.5 or better GPA) AND pass the entrance exam and be accepted at a medical school for an additional three to four years including internship.
To be qualified for the FBI you still need the college degree. The Bureau likes people with a 3.5 GPA too, but you may not have to go further with your college work. But you will have extensive training with the FBI, too. How to handle a gun, watch for bad guys, run a mile in under five minutes, jump over tall buildings, stop a speeding locomotive. LOL! MANY employees of the FBI do not do all the things you see done in the movies. Lots of clerks and research assistants.
However, lots of FBI people also have a law degree.
There are so many more professions it is impossible to list here. When you get into ninth grade you can talk with your counselor about various careers and what interests you then. The grades from tenth grade up will be very important. Then, when you are ready to look at colleges, look for a local community college to complete your lower division requirements. By that point you should have a vague IDEA of where you want to go with your career goals and know whether you need to focus on language arts courses, math courses, or science.
So you see, you need to focus on getting good grades for now and worry about what you want to be when you grow up sometime in the future.
Good luck to you Sweetie!

Depends... How old are you? If you're under 13-15, you don't even need to worry about that! Being an ER doctor requires a lot of practice, if I'm not mistaken, it takes 4 years plus specializing (I don't know how many years specializing takes). Medicine is known for being one of the hardest and longest majors.
FBI agents are interesting, but keep in mind that you can't just apply for a job in the FBI. First you need some years in regular police, as a detective or a cop, I'm not sure. But sure takes a few decades of experience for you to go to the FBI.
But don't worry! There are MAAANY more professions!
Usually you need to do something that interests you, something that doesn't SEEM interesting, when I was younger, I wanted to be a policeman, but then I realized I had some serious talent in art. I love art. Drawing, painting... I dream of becoming a video-game designer one day and creating the perfect game.
Let me make it easier for you:
You can either choose the basic professions that help the general public:
Law Enforcement (includes FBI, police, detectives, lawyers, etc.)
Medicine (includes ER doctors, paediatricians, vets, psychiatrists, etc.)
Education (Teachers, pedagogues, University professors, etc.)
Or professions in Media and Entertainment:
Movies (Actors, directors, producers, etc.)
Books (You can become a writer)
Games (Game designing - that's what I'm aiming for! Programmer, Coder, etc.)
Or professions in Business - although these are the worst.
Don't worry about that now! Sooner or later we all find something we are better at.

I don't know how old you are, or if you've started college.
If you wanted to be any kind of real medical doctor, you would finally be a full-fledged doctor at age 30. (Yeah, lots of school!! :)
Take a bunch of different courses in college, and by year 2 or 3, you'll figure it out. Do you love animals? My sister is going to be a vet! Awesome, right? It's just as much school as becoming a medical doctor!!
Do you have any passions right now? Look through all the categories and sub-categories in this website, and maybe something will pop out at you! There are a lot of 2-year courses at business schools. Like being a chef or hairdresser.
Don't worry! It'll happen! Wife and mother? Nothing wrong with that....Best of luck! ;)
