Can you bleach hair that is already dyed blonde?
My hair was dark brown. About a month ago I bleached it but it came out a little streaky, so I dyed it a blonde (which came out darker than I liked). Now I've got big time roots and since I'm going to dabble in Manic Panic (rainbow colors) after, I want to bleach it again. Should I bleach my hair again (moisture feels back to normal)? Or strip it with One 'n Only Colorfix then bleach? Gonna go rainbow after, so I need a light base. :/

As long as your hair is healthy enough, I think it should be okay to bleach it again. Just use a lot of conditioner afterward to keep it from drying out, but I think it should be fine.
