Some underskirts for large dresses, like wedding dresses, aren't made with metal hoops to hold the weight of the dress. How can a dress without the metal rings remain as large as a dress with the rings? Are they made with wiring?

I've never owned a large underskirt and I intend to make one, but I don't know if I need the metal hoops.

He's like a regular goldfish, and for the last month, lived in a 1 gallon tank.

About a month ago, my sister (a terrible fish keeper) thought he was dying because she found him floating at the top of the tank, belly up. I've "adopted" him and have fed him daily and he's looked dramatically better.

Today I've noticed that the tips of his fins are like a darkish green color (he's a white fish!!), and I'm afraid he has a disease due to the small tank size.

He's been upgraded to a 5 gallon tank, but I need to know what's wrong with the fellow. :(

My hair was dark brown. About a month ago I bleached it but it came out a little streaky, so I dyed it a blonde (which came out darker than I liked). Now I've got big time roots and since I'm going to dabble in Manic Panic (rainbow colors) after, I want to bleach it again. Should I bleach my hair again (moisture feels back to normal)? Or strip it with One 'n Only Colorfix then bleach? Gonna go rainbow after, so I need a light base. :/

I have a great new video camera and I was wondering where I would upload videos of my track team doing different events. It would be great if everyone on the track team could access them. They would be a bunch of individual videos, so I'm trying to find a site that could display all the videos on one page with all the titles of the videos, and people could just click on them to watch.

I can just send the site link to people on the team (Of course I'd get permission from everyone before taping, just in case there were objections)

I feel like I'm going to have a heart attack and it hurts to breathe. The pancakes I usually eat are the ones that you mix the powder in with the water. I know they're not healthy, but I'm just confused why they feel like they're attacking my lungs.

(I haven't had a pancake in probably 6+ months, but I love them, so I thought I'd ask.)

I didn't take a test for my history class due to being absent, which is a huge deal of my grade. I should have a low A instead of a high C. It's just not fair because for a week I asked every class when I could take it and never got an straight answer!!!!

If I go to administration, can I get an extension on my grade even though grades were supposed to be in today? My teacher would totally approve, but would the administration?(Could they, or is it too late?)

The only two people I know of that have extensions would be because one is pregnant, and the other was very ill.

I'm trying to understand America's government for a paper I'm writing. It's basically about weather I think America's government is fair, like to America's people and other countries. What I'm trying to say is, do they follow their own rules?

If you could list a few major problems and explain them for me, that would be extra beneficial to my paper.

4-5 people and how'd they effect popular culture.

Just for a little background information, my father has hit me and mentally abused me my entire life(16yrs) and the only time we talk is when he's beating the crap out of me (aka scream fights), and we live in the same house.

I've always hated my mom a little (in the back of my mind)because she wont divorce him even though she knows what I live with on a daily basis. She always chose him over me. But, I grew up loving her like a mom, not fighting too much.

This last year we've been fighting 24/7. She's actually become just like my father's twin, and she hits me just like him. She's refused to drive me to school, and then she threatens to call the police to take me away. I just want to go to school...... and I also want my old mom back. She was perfect.

When I was in this relationship with this guy, everything went well because I'd spent so much time away from her. But when things didn't work out, I've been around her so much. Things have never been this bad, and I just want my old mom back.

Should I just accept her for her new self... 'cause she's my mom? I know we'll never be like we were. She raised me, and now I hate who she's become. Am I at fault at this mother-daughter relationship falling apart... because I just cant love her when she's just like my abuser, or is she for letting me go?

How would I go about fixing this. Trust me, I've tried talking. I want her in my life.... but I hate going through all this stress.

I just bought this girl mickey fish. After 2 hours of buying her, she's had about 7 babies (I think she ate a few). But, I don't know how to care for them. I have the surviving babies in my 4 gallon tank, and the mama in about a .5 gallon container. SHE STOPPED GIVING BIRTH (about 10 min ago)!

I read that if the mama is stressed, she'll stop giving birth and may die. Is this the case, or is she just taking a break?

What kind of container should she be in and any information would be greatly appreciated.
