CRT Monitor refresh rate, not displaying all the options?
I have this CRT monitor attached to my new computer. For the week I've it, I've had the option of changing the refresh rate to 60\75\80 hertz. I shut down the computer last night, turn it back on, and I only have the option of 60 hertz. What.
I had it at 75 for a week, and all of a sudden it can only do 60.
I tried Googling this but my terminology has given me no relevant search results. Can anyone help with this, at all? My eyeballs hurt :(
Yeah, unplugging it didn't change anything.
And by unplugging I mean the video cable. Not the power cable.

you must have an extremely high frequency response rate - most folks can't see anything changing above 15 Hz, and by Nyquist theory, 30 Hz is plenty fast enough.
Have you tried removing and reconnecting the video cable?

Uncheck the option that says something like "Hide modes that this monitor cannot support"
That should allow you to access all the refresh rates that your graphics card can output. If you still don't get them back, you may have to reinstall the drivers on your video card.
