Probably a pinched nerve, but do not go to a chiropractor without a doctors referral. If it is a pinched a chiropractor may increase your problems. I have a friend who recently went through this exact same thing and the chiropractor was only making his problems worse. See your doc and if they refer you to one, by all means go.

You should see a Chiropractor. There are many different things that can happen when Your spine is out of alignment. The longer that You wait, the longer it takes to get You back into alignment and keep it that way.

you probably did precisely what you defined. You twisted it/sprained it and interior the approach broken a nerve that's why you sense numb and tingly. not extra tough housing with the dogs. it would take as long as 2 weeks in the previous the tingly is going away. you would be in extreme discomfort in case you had broken some thing.

Sounds like a pinched nerve. You need to get an adjustment from a D.O., I.M., or chiropractor.
