Darnit! I'm hungry after exercising. I can't stop eating! What can i do?
Well i just exercised for 30 minutes. I'm planning on exercising another 30 minutes again after lunch today. Anyway, i ate breakfast. Like, a lot. I'm still pretty hungry. I was hungry even before exercising.
I just weighed myself. I'm 101.5 lbs. Lol, before i exercised, i was 102.5 lbs. Strange.. i only exercised for 30 mins. O__o anyway, i'm like... like... 5'2 or 5'1. Around there.
I'm always hungry. It's bothering me. Even during school, i'm hungry almost 24/7. I can't seem to stop eating. I'm those type of girls who eat like lards, and i'm not obese or anything. I'm healthy weight. I like it. But 3 weeks ago when i lived in south america, i was 94 pounds..? and then now i'm 101 pounds after coming to the US. Like, i gained so much weight. :PP I decided to eat chips(i was craving for chips eversince coming here), and i ate a lot of peanut butter for fun. I get bored too easily.
Okay, back to the point. I'm getting fatter and fatter, and i stopped growing already anyways. Is there a way to stop being HUNGRY 24/7??!! it's been on my nerves for a year or two. T.TT I can't seem to stop it. BTW, i don't have a huge stomach. Actually, all my weight are on my legs.

Drink more water when you are hungry. . .a big glass. . .and then wait twenty minutes until you eat. You will be much less hungry. And lay off the fattening stuff. If you eat chips and peanut butter, you will gain weight.

I hate it when that happens! It used to happen to me all the time.. It stopped when I started working out at night. I go to 24 hr fitness- work out for forever, shower, and sleep.. So i guess if you can, you can try to work out sometime during the day when you know you will not be able to eat afterwards. also what helps me to eat less is being active... like doing stuff far away from my kitchen.. I think your weight is fine though you have nothing to worry about... Since your weight is sooooo low you prolly should eat when your body tells you that you are hungry. Packing on the meat is good-alot of men desire healthy looking women ;)

I get that too- Actually I get really hungry when I'm bored or upset...But yeah, Eat some of those protein bars, and some fruit. That usually does it for me, and then I just drink water.

As soon as you are hungry don't starve yourself hit the fruit and veggies! -If you let your hunger build up more, you will crave unhealthy foods more! p.s protein is really good, the best actually, at filling you up long term. I would recommend staying away from all the carbs and fats, (slow release carbs are good though!) ;D (If you're eating to fill time go for celery and cucumber, they are crazy low in calories!)

Peanut Butter and chips are pretty fattening. :P
Eat lots of protein (Protein Bars) they should fill you up.
And eat slower ,very slow, so you can taste all the flavors. (: And that should get you less hungry.

You are hungry because medically you are problematically underweight. Below 108 pounds is a problem.
But most girls with eating diorders see themselves as fat regardless of what reality is, so please feel free to continue as you were instead of asking your doctor for help.

your weight can come from muscle or your body type.
to avoid eating, don't.
eat fruits or better : veggies!!!!!!!

drinking more water is better than eating and kind of satisfies your stomach all the same.
do watevr u need and stay away from excess food.

Try full bars. They make it so you get fuller easier. You can find them at 711 (the gasoline store) in the cereal aisle.

gargle some mouth wash and eat fruit. it satisfies it.
