First, there is no "illegal "manufacturer that smuggles guns into the USA to sell.
Second, "illegal" depends on a lot of factors, such as;
is the gun stolen?
is the gun banned in the area it is being offered?
is the gun a prohibited weapon under federal law?
etc, etc, etc.
If a person is a convicted felon, then in most circumstances, all guns would be illegal if possessed by that person. The gun might be perfectly legal to a person who was not a felon.
Some guns require special permits or tax stamps to purchase and own, and these guns would be illegal if the owner did not have the permit or tax stamp.
Some states, counties and or cities ban certain types of firearms, especially handguns, and possession of a banned gun would be illegal, although in another area, the gun might be legal.
(This practice usually winds up being unconstitutional once the law is challenged)
Third, price would depend on the gun, the person selling the gun, and the person buying the gun.
The price could be anywhere form $5 to $5000+ depending on various factors.
Bottom line, there is no particular "illegal" gun, no manufacturer of specific "illegal" guns, and no importer of "illegal" guns who bring them here with the specific purpose to sell them to criminals.

Most illegal firearms are going to be stolen guns that were made by various manufacturers.
The prices might be as high as a store bought gun. Why? Because the person that wishes to buy it either can not buy a gun in a store (because they are a convicted felon) or, because they simply want a gun that can not be traced back to them if it is lost in the commission of a crime.
So, while a good used Smith & Wesson handgun might sell in a store for $400. A similar stolen gun will fetch about the same price to someone that wants one for illegal purposes.

It depends upon what you want. Go to any seedy-looking bar in any major city, and the odds are good that you'll find someone who can get you some sort of pistol for $50 or so. Since these guns are usually stolen, they may well be cheaper than something on the legal market. They can be from any manufacturer.

Just a guess here, but id think a .38 SW or a 9mm High Point, probably about $50. The place would probably be LA, California.
ADD: Compared to the legal price, it would be cheaper...
Your question is pretty vague, im not sure what you are getting at.

I was once offered a AK-47 for $250.There's no standard answer on this. Prices can be $20 for a cheap handgun, up to a $1,000 or more for a high quality firearm. I'd never touch one myself.

My opinion would be, that anyone asking such a question kile you just asked, is a BRAIN DEAD DWEEB & as such, should contact their local F B I office & ask them.
I am sure that they will be glad to have someone stop by & talk to you, about why you are looking for such an item

If you live near downtown Los Angeles, and you want an illegal gun, you buy it in Pico Union. Normal price for a 9mm is $300.

Go to Somalia. Bring a Big Mac and you get 4 AK-47s.
Plenty of RPKs and STG 44s there as well.
