Toshiba laptop battery??????
I ordered a brand new laptop on Walmart, but the battery does not work. Why? I need to plug in all the time in order to keep the laptop ON. No matter how long I plug in, it always shows "0% available".
It seems it is not able to store anything, when it is unplug, the computer is off immediately.
What is the problem?

sounds like you've got a dud battery. I'd take it back to Walmart and get them to change it.

Is the battery definitely in the Computer and not still in the box?
You could take it back to Wal-Mart

They sent you a battery that was dead on arrival... call them and send it back! if it's not holding a charge- there's nothing you can do other than sending it back or buying a new battery- which can be expensive
