Winter Getaways in the Midwest?

I am totally getting cabin fever and seriously need to go on a weekend getaway with my husband. I really like the spa thing but he wants more of a set itinerary. Any suggestions?

    Eureka Springs has great spas and lots of other things to do too. Closer to home would be Hermann or St Genevieve. All of the wineries are open plus there are nice shops and restaurants and historic homes to visit while you are staying at great B&Bs. My favorite is always a weekend in Chicago but that's definitely not a spa type getaway.
