Cook the steak under the grill ( gas will be better ) after 2-3 minutes turn around to give cross marking and evenly cook and then turn it other side and do the same think. Don't forget to grill half tomato, half onion and few mushroom. HMMMM yum yum... enjoy it.....

Take it out of the fridge so it can rest at room Temp. Fire up your stoves' broiler. Season with salt, or you can wait til it's done if you like. Broil the steak for 2 Min's on one side and one to two Min's on the other side. I like to add garlic powder to mine.

season well with salt and pepper, good hot fry pan, a little oil and butter, a couple of mins each side. you will know when to turn it when it slips in the pan as you shake the pan. if you lift it too soon you rip the meat. rest it in foil for 2 or 3 mins also. yum.

I would give it 11/2 minute on one side and a little less than a minute on the other.45 seconds maybe.Mind you though, you're pan has to be really, really hot.Iron skillet is the best.Hope this helps.
