Honestly, none of the outfits are to my liking, but I can break it down;

Hair: Victoria Justice

Dress: They're all hideous.

Shoes: Meghan Martin or Chelsea Staub.

Bag/Accessories: Meghan Martin.

Overall, I think Meghan Martin because she win she has the best everything (her hair is just under VJ) and her dress isn't too bad if you break it down. Hope this helps (:
