Are you talking about putting coffee grounds or bean in the fridge? Or a cup of coffee?

Coffee will mold, even if refrigerated. A day maybe 2 at most would be the limit. Coffee breaks down in a matter of hours though, so it won't have the same benefits as a fresh pot

Do you mean coffee beans, or brewed coffee?

I keep my beans in the freezer. Brewed coffee will mold in the fridge.
