How do I become a legal resident of Guam?
I am a US citizen.
I've been on Guam for 6 months.
Attended college.
No Drivers license or any other type of ID cards, only College ID
So I don't need a Guam ID card to be a legal resident?
When did I become a legal resident, the day I arrived?

As of right now you are legally residing in Guam. What I am guessing is that you are looking to get an identification card stating you are living in Guam...
You will need your Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, and a Proof of Address. Make sure when you do get these you keep them safe and remember where they are so you do not lose them - you will probably need randomly them throughout your life.
After you have obtained the paperwork..

Although I do not reside anyplace close the Mexican border and am no longer an educated on unlawful immigration problems, I've obvious a few migrant employees that figure out within the nation on farms. To me, they appear like tough operating men and women who deserve a hazard. After all, so much people descend from immigrants.
