what can you compare chromatin and nucleolus to ?

i need to know a real life example of each of a chromatin and nucleolus i know their function but i can't compare it to anything. i also have to say why is the function of these the same. pleaseeee help!!!!

    chromatin - would be like a set of instructions to build something....

    nucleolus - is like a manager that trains workers to build something - the nucleus is the 'office' in charge - where the manager would be found (the nucleolus) and it would train the workers (the ribosomes) to make something (the proteins)
