IS THERE GOING TO BE ANOTHER MOVIE AFTER THE MOVIE Fullmetal Alchemist The Movie Conqueror Of Shamballa?

SO, your questions:

1. Is there going to be another movie set after FMA: Conqueror of Shamballa?

Nope, I'm sorry. The 2003 series Fullmetal Alchemist concluded with that movie, and that first series was completely finished and wrapped up upon the completion of the movie.

2. Will Ed and Winry be together again?

Well, the way the movie ended--with Winry still in Amestris (Ed's home country) and Ed and Al stuck in our side of the gate in Germany, it's safe to say that they'll never meet again. However, I've read fanfics where they manage to meet up again, but this probably would never happen within the storyline; and anyway, you're not going to see what happened because the story's done with. If you're a fanfic person, here's a well researched and well written one that takes place after episode 51 (the movie didn't occur in this universe) and Winry and Ed eventually find each other again: http://www.fanfiction.net/s/2092968/1/ But also, in terms of the canon storyline, there's an OVA (original video animation) that takes place after the movie that shows that Ed's a grandfather to three kids that look like him, Al, and Winry when they were young, implying that Ed found the Winry on our side of the gate (her doppelganger) and married her (or maybe even the real Winry!). We'll never know for sure.

3. Which do I like better?

The original series: Fullmetal Alchemist, got me into the manga (of which both shows are based) and FMA: Brotherhood. While FMA has so much heart and emotion, I have to pick Brotherhood because I prefer the manga's solid and amazing storyline over that of the plot-hole filled first one. So I choose Brotherhood, although I enjoyed both enormously. Also, by watching Brotherhood, at least you know that Ed and Winry get a happy ending this time.

Also, you'll be excited to hear that there's a new movie coming out for FMA:B, it's a midquel called Fullmetal Alchemist: the Sacred Star of Milos. You can find info of it online pretty easily if your interested. And if you haven't, I recommend you read the manga! It's even better than FMA or FMA:B, even though it has the same plot as FMA:B.
