How many senior citizens play video games?

I don't do violent games. But I can spend hours on mah jongg and all it's ilk.

I love video games! I have a Nintendo DSi XL, which I much prefer the larger screen and I also have a Sony PSP 3000. I've played video games for years now from early Atari days right through all the various consoles that have been out over the years: Master System, Mega Drive, NES, SNES, N64, PS1, PS2 and PS3 which my hubs plays more than me these days although we do like playing the 2 player Little Big Planet and we're looking forward to the 2nd LBP which is due for release soon.

It's nice being called *cool* by ones grandchildren because we know how to play video games lol. :D

I like playing in Club Pogo, does that count? I enjoy bowling and all of the word games. Ed likes the slots and games of chance like Lottso and sometimes the bingo games. At least in Club Pogo you can use your points to possibly win something tangible, unlike the points here in Y/A, lol.

I am 62 and play all sorts of games. I got addicted years ago trialling games that my son wrote. He no longer does, but feed his mothers habit nicely at Christmas.

The ones I like best are ones I have had for a while, Myst, The Settlers, Age of Empires.

I also like Virtual Villagers,Bookworm,Zuma, Bejewelled, Farm Frenzy series, Hidden object games.

Also like Yahoo games like JT Blocks, Pyramids and Literati.

My wife plays games on playstation 2 and I just got a DSLxi for Christmas. She's 69 and I'm 74

I play my old favourites, I'm 63. I don't particularly like the video games my 14 year old grandson plays, I don't think I can get my thumbs to move that fast.

Monster hunter tri --- Wii console. I can play online with my nephew. We meet up in cyberspace somewhere and play the same game at the same time from 800 miles away.

Video games at home, I can go balls out participating and make all the noise I want.

I try to be reserved when in an Arcade but it never seems to work.

I'm 64 and still like them, but they're expensive. So I go on Club Pogo. It's not as exciting as the new video games but it keeps me entertained.

I am a 71 year old, I like to play with my grand children, we have some good laughs, I bought myself a WII to try and keep me mobile, playing tennis and bowls. the technology beats me some times,it changes so fast,
