I've been trying all morning to refresh my Yahoo Toolbar?

I had trouble refreshing it yesterday, but it eventually appeared; today, no matter how many times I click on the "Refresh Toolbar" icon, nothing happens. I have no Yahoo Toolbar at all (yes, I've checked under "Tools", and Yahoo Toolbar is checked). Any ideas?

Update:

Sorry, I meant I checked under "View", not "Tools".

    sorry, no answer but I've just asked about what happened to my bookmarks and saw that 3 others also are having that problem right now.. seems Yahoo is having problems
