Will my credit score be affected if I buy-out my lease and pay it off in cash instead of getting a loan?
I don't want to lower my score in anyway as we will buy a house and do not want my score affected. Thanks!

just like a debit card/cash purchase does not affect your credit ,if you pay cash i mean no credit card it will not affect ur credit score

As long as the account did not go over 30 days, there shouldn't be any reduction in your credit score. If the lease is under one year,the credit score should stay the same.

your score should go up due to the reduced debt balance
