My uncle's girlfriend is batsh*t insane. Could we bring her to court?
She has tormented my uncle for years and she literally stalked him when he broke up with her. She also left scratches and wounds all over his face. A few months ago she invaded his mother's house (where he lives) and beat up gramma while she was sleeping, saying she was the reason my uncle was "that way." Just last night he was sick with the stomach flu. She works in the medical field and stole medicine from her employer. She again invaded and injected my uncle with the unknown medicine. We still don't know what it was, even though it hasn't had any affect besides arm pain yet.
So tell me, are we qualified to sue her? My uncle refuses to do so still. Can his close family bring her to court?

I would say he needs to call the police and quick. Why has he not already called them when this crazy woman has beaten up his mother ? You can`t sue her but you can sure as hell make sure she is dealt with by the police. Have a word with your uncle and tell him how worried you are about both him and your grandmother - but it sounds like he still has feelings for this woman. As she has assaulted your grandmother, then your grandmother can bring charges against her - tell her to do it - that is bang out of order ! Good luck.

She injected him with an unknown substance and broke into his mother's house assaulted her while she slept? Ya, there's 3 charges right there, you could definitely sue her, even if your uncle doesn't want to, his mother could and should.
Seriously, injecting someone with something unknown, that is ridiculous, I would have kicked the ever living **** outta her if she tried doing that to me.

No i does not be mad, enormously if my particularly pleasing female chum had 36C's and suitable hair with a keenness for AC/DC song and warm cinnamon rolls. Very jealous. Now how jealous are you in that i like dogs extra then you extremely? grin

Yes, you can definitely sure her, and I guarantee she will lose her medical license. Also, a restraining order seems appropriate at this point. If she crosses the line again with a restraining order, her *** is going to jail...(or the looney bin) :p

It is time for him to get better locks on his doors. Seriously, if a crazy loon can break in so easily, it's time to up the security to keep her out.
