No. The Radeon 4550 is old, low end, and weak. You might be able to play modern games at minimal settings on it. Some people in here must be f**king high to call it a good gaming card. It isn't.

Compaq Presario CQ3430AN Desktop is not good gaming computer.

If you play games with modest requirements like wow or the sims it'll get you by, I wouldn't call it all that good though. I would suggest saving up a couple hundred more and building your own.

I don't think it's that good because it does have some old tech in it. It seems like you could do a bit better for your money. I know things are priced about 10% higher in Australia. I could probably find something like that for around $450 here in the US.

It isn't too bad, but don't expect to run any games post-2008 very well. Any games pre-2009 should run run well on medium graphics settings.

Personally I would recommend Asus as a brand to look at.

not a bad PC, but Alienware is the most popular gaming computers.. there most definately NOT the best. Custom PCs are number 1 my friend.

It's decent for gaming, but don't expect it to run games from 2009-2010 at max settings. You'll probably run them at 1024x768 at med settings at best and low-med settings at least probably.

Yes it can handle most games with your settings on low.It is not what most people will say as a good gaming PC I will say it is a starter.
