Assuming sacred involves value judgements and value judgement require thought, nothing can be sacred without thought.

Nothing that is truly sacred is created by thought, but thought can lead the way to it.

    Kinda hard to define "sacred"

I'm guessing, something that is of immense value. But how can that work ? Since value is subjective, and people's value depend so much on their instinct to survive, and increased by their understanding of it's potential and uses.

Under that theory, what is immensely valuable, to everyone ?

Reproduction, meaning life itself. We all want to live, and then reproduce. That is our instinct. On many platforms.

Now since life is sacred, based on instinct, we can assume that it's your answer as well. Because instinct is like the ghost in the machine, the oil. It gives us an impulse, and we use it on many levels of evolution. In different ways. Some even "immoral".

So it is not created by thought, we have it, from the moment we're born. We don't have thought, from the moment we're born. Only instinct.

So there you have it. Life, and the continuation of life, is sacred to everyone. From thousands of years of evolution, we've learned that survival comes first. No matter the cost. But later we found out that the cost, matters somehow. And we named it morality. XD

    Yes, love, reality and truth.

Living in the moment without thought which is reality, truth and where love resides.

Thoughts are the basis of all peoples problems and drag you from the present moment.

Thoughts are of the past which is dead or of the future which is imaginary.

    Thought creates the ego

    Thought creates the thinker

    Thought creates the 'Me'

    Thought creates hurt

    Thought creates sadness

    Thought creates hate

    Thought creates jealousy

Where thought is love is not.

To force yourself free of thought is just another trap because that is a thought.

To be free of thought all you have to do is look and observe everything in and around you without the word, for as soon as you name something then you are looking from memory from thought.

Look with fresh eyes, look without naming or conclusion, look at it as if you have seen it for the first time and glorious moments will be experienced.

See things and people as they are and not from memory because they may have changed but you won,t notice or be aware of this reality because you are still viewing them from your past experience, from your memory which is thought.

Anything 'sacred' exists because some person or group has called it so - often in the past, for the sake of power or money.

Through the ages, all religions have had their so-called sacred concepts and artifacts - and look where they have got us.

I am not decrying 'religion' in itself - but organised religions have become a major problem in the modern world - as we see all around us.

A person's religion should be within themselves and not dictated by organisations !

If you think in worldly level, every naming things are created by mind.

In the spiritual level sacred things could be not created by human or they are not originated by any thought. A philosopher never tries to judge but speaks the fact.

...love... We don't think it, we feel it.
