You can say either "de" Although it could be confusing since "de" also means property.
Recibà el regalo de mi hermano
Can mean:
I received the gift from my brother
I received my brother's gift.
So if you want to be more specific you can say "de parte de" which means only "from".
Recibà un regalo de parte de mi hermano.
¿De parte de quién recibiste un regalo?
I received a gift from my brother
From whom did you receive a gift?
