Has John Seigenthaler forgiven Wikipedia?
You know, for the whole slander incident.

He hasn't changed his mind about Wikipedia being a dangerous and corrosive force in society, if that's what you mean by "forgiven." Last we heard, he was still illustrating the evils of Wikipedia in guest lectures as recently as 2008.
Since 2006 he's been hosting a Sunday-morning NPR radio show called "A Word on Words," basically an interview with a different book author every week - each show is archived on MP3, and it's possible that he's mentioned Wikipedia recently in that venue. You might try there, in case you have time to listen to a few episodes and you'd like to make sure one way or the other.

If the pope can forgive the man who shot him, I'm sure Siegenthaler can forgive the man who slandered him.

Why? Do you think he should? Do you really think anyone deserves to be easily "forgiven" for screwing up, especially in a manner that could really impact someone negatively?

Yes, Lees, he hasn't, probably. Maybe the *libel* incident has been forgiven, though. Or maybe it hasn't; I don't know. It was so long ago.
