law question about a trust?

My husband's aunt died. She left her estate to him and three other nieces. If he dies before he receives his inheritance the trust states the remainder of his inheritance will go to his "Issues" by Representation. He has three grown children, we have none together. Will the monies go to his children or to me his spouse? Am I considered an "Issue?"

I've looked on line and can't find any answers.

In this case it would definitely go to his children. If you're really worried about it, i would contact a lawyer.
