Pokerstars money question?
I'm new to pokerstars and i have a couple questions about the money. I have played in a couple freeroll tournaments and won tickets to other tickets. In my cashier i have play money(Im guessing its fake money) and real money. Through playing tournaments with play money will I eventually be able to make 'real' money?

If you play freerolls with a cash prize, like hubbles holdem on stars then yes you can win a very small amount of cash. It is possible to grind up a bankroll via freerolls, its just extremely difficult to do.
The other problem with freerolls / playmoney is it doesnt really help you learn poker as a lot of the people there just play literally anything cause after all "its just playmoney lolls!" .
If starting for free is something you are interested in, then I highly recommend you look at all the free rolls that are available per day and play as many as you can. Once you make a cash dont go and blow the money on the biggest tourney you can, but instead play the cheapest you can.
So for instance, if you wont 2 bucks, play 20 .10cent tourneys. It gives you more chances to win, and in the process you might learn a few things.
However, honestly you are better off depositing $20.00 and starting at .01/.02 cent cash or .10c tourneys.

You cannot earn real money by accumulating play money chips, if that's what you're asking. You can win money through some freeroll tournaments though. The tickets you have won will buy you into the next level of freeroll tournaments where you can win real money.
In the lobby, click on "Requests>Tournament Tickets..."
That should list what tournaments your tickets are good for.
Good luck and have fun.

It was possible, at least 3 years ago on Absolute poker, there was some special promotion of that kind. But these promotions no longer exist as far as i know.
