between the green and blue drums is cracked and the green one hangs a little need help fixing it before it completely breaks and already tired duck tape did not work

You are going to have to use something really strong. Like epoxy. You can get it at any hardware store. It comes in two separate tubes. Squirt out equal amounts on a paper plate, then stir it together with something disposable such as a paper clip or toothpick.
Then glue / apply it to the crack liberally. Let it dry for at least 12 hours. That should keep it from cracking any further.
