What are some of your best and worst experiences in a restaurant?

The best would have to be when my husband's work gave us a gift card to the nicest place in town. The service, ambience, food, everything was just perfect. It was a great experience.

Worst was another pretty upscale sushi place where we had the worst service ever. The place was even pretty empty and our server couldn't be found. My husband got his steak and I still had no sushi. He finished the meal (I snacked on his salad) and we decided to leave. She kept saying my sushi would be right out and I finally told her to just box it up, we were leaving. She brought it on a plate! I had to tell her again to box it up. I believe in tipping for service...she did not get a good tip.
