Statistical data on forcast accuracy?

Is there any data available, for any local region, that compares the meteorological forecast 24 hours in advance to the actual weather that occurred during the predicted time-frame?

I'm mostly looking for predicted temperatures and precipitation compared to the actual. Winds and cloudy/clear would be helpful too, but not necessary. I would prefer something with a timespan of at least one full year, without gaps in the data... multiple locations would be a bonus!
