Mirena and feeling preggers?

I've been using mirena for quite some time, now. It's been a year at the least. Lately, I've been feeling more tired, cramping, slight nausea...

I've been pregnant twice so I know my symptoms but could this be Mirena side effects or should I just go ahead and test?

(haven't had any cycle for quite a while now but I know this can happen with mirena)

Update:

for all concerned I'm an adult, a mother of two and if there was a third well we'd be alright and happy even if unplanned.

It didn't come out did it? Can you still feel the string? If not, I would make an appointment with your doctor. If you really think you may be pregnant, you should just take a home test. What's it going to hurt? If you are pregnant, you need to go to the dr asap. Pregnancy while using Mirena could be life threatening.
